Applying our vinyl numbers and letters is very easy. To align them, you will want to use either a ruler or one of our alignment tools included in our transfer supply kit. The oval and circle alignment tools make creating curved text easy.
After the names and numbers are placed on the garment remove all alignment tools. Next, cover the vinyl with Kraft paper (taking care not to move the letters and/or numbers), and press them at almost the same variable settings you would use for an opaque hot peel transfer; 375 degrees with medium-to-heavy pressure for 10-12 seconds.
Then, press the garment again with Kraft paper for at least half of the original time, or 5-6 seconds. Using less than a $1.00 worth of materials, you can easily customize shirts, bags, and other products, while improving your profit margin.
